Delivery & payment

We work on a simple “order — confirmation — invoice — shipment” model. It lets us keep prices low and handle regulated aesthetic products with care.

How it works

1. You place an order on the website and choose your country at checkout.
2. We confirm availability within one business day (usually faster) by email or messenger.
3. We send an invoice with the final amount including delivery and a secure payment link — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
4. We ship from our partner warehouse in Korea with a tracking number. Typical transit time is 4–10 business days depending on the destination and customs.

Payment options

• Secure payment link (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — issued with every invoice.
• Bank transfer (SWIFT / local) — details are sent with the invoice.
• For regular partners: prepayment against a monthly proforma.

Delivery

• Express couriers (DHL / FedEx / EMS) with insurance for the full parcel value.
• Cold-chain items are packed with gel packs and thermal liners.
• Customs formalities and import duties are handled by the recipient unless agreed otherwise.
